Terms of Service

Last updated: March 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of donno.ai ("the Service"), operated by Donno ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Donno is an infrastructure provisioning tool that sets up and configures third-party services (including GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Resend) on your behalf based on your configuration choices. We do not host, own, or manage the infrastructure we provision. All provisioned resources exist in your own third-party accounts.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Connected Accounts

To use the Service, you must connect your own accounts with supported third-party providers. By connecting these accounts, you:

  • Authorize us to perform actions in those accounts on your behalf (creating repositories, projects, products, domains, and deployments)
  • Acknowledge that you have the necessary permissions and account standing with each provider
  • Accept that actions taken by our Service in your connected accounts are your responsibility
  • Can revoke access at any time through the respective provider's settings

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid accounts with third-party providers (GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, etc.)
  • Ensuring your use of provisioned resources complies with each provider's terms
  • Any costs incurred in your third-party accounts as a result of provisioning (e.g., Supabase usage fees, Vercel bandwidth, Stripe processing fees)
  • The content and code deployed to your provisioned infrastructure
  • Backing up your data and configurations

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers a free tier (1 project) and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Provisioning depends on the availability of third-party APIs (GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend), which are outside our control. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party service outages.

7. Provisioning and Rollback

The Service provisions resources in your connected accounts. If provisioning fails partway through, you may retry from the failed step or roll back (which will attempt to delete resources created during the failed provisioning). Rollback is best-effort and may not fully clean up all resources in every case. You should verify your third-party accounts after a rollback.

8. Intellectual Property

The generated project code pushed to your repository is yours. You have full ownership of all code, configurations, and infrastructure provisioned through the Service. We retain no rights to your projects. The donno.ai service, brand, website, and proprietary code remain our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your project data will be deleted from our systems. Resources previously provisioned in your third-party accounts will remain unaffected.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
